TPL Textures are a format wich consists in backgrounds, maps, and other textures. Unfortunately for now only a small part of these textures are accessible (only backgrounds and the world map).
A tool exists to extract some TLPs and to make new ones. Tool can be downloaded [[https://storage.googleapis.com/google-code-archive-downloads/v2/code.google.com/showmiiwads/Wii.cs%20Tools%200.3.rar|here]].
Extract the folder and open TLPMii. Select TLP to Image, select your TLP, press Preview, if it gives you an error try some other TLP.
